We source through authorised or reputable supply channels and take reasonable steps to verify products. If you have a concern about an item, contact us with your order number and photos so we can investigate promptly.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available methods are shown at checkout and may include KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay ,Google Pay , and supported payment services “Deema & Tally”. Your order is confirmed only after payment authorisation and our order-acceptance notice.
Do you deliver across Kuwait?

How can I track my order?
Open Track My Order and enter the order number and the email address or mobile number used at checkout. Logged-in customers can also open My Account → My Orders.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before processing or dispatch, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable Kuwait law & MOH Laws. Hygiene-sensitive items may have restrictions when opened, except where an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Stop using the item, retain the packaging, and contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos. We will assess the case and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
