Please provide a complete address, building and floor details, a reachable Kuwait mobile number and any helpful delivery instructions. We are not responsible for delay caused by materially incorrect or incomplete details, but we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.
Estimated timing
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed appointments, unless expressly confirmed. Orders may be delayed by availability, payment checks, high demand, public holidays, weather, access restrictions or events beyond reasonable control. We will notify you of a material delay and explain the available options.
Receiving your order
Check the package and items as soon as reasonably possible. If anything is missing, damaged, incorrect or appears tampered with, do not use it and contact us promptly with photos and the order number. Acceptance of delivery does not remove mandatory legal rights.
Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because no authorised recipient is available or access is not possible, we may arrange another attempt and may charge a disclosed, reasonable re-delivery fee where permitted. We will not impose an undisclosed charge.
