Change-of-mind requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving an eligible item. The item should be unused, unopened, undamaged, in resalable condition, with original packaging, seals, accessories and proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue instructions.
Hygiene and safety restrictions
To protect customers, opened, used, unsealed or personalised cosmetics, fragrances, personal-care, hygiene-sensitive or intimate-use products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return where resale would create a health or hygiene risk and where the restriction is permitted by law. This restriction does not apply when the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, expired, unsafe, counterfeit or otherwise non-conforming.
Defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming items
Contact us promptly, stop using the item and retain the product and packaging. We may request clear photos or arrange inspection. Where the claim is confirmed, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, repair where appropriate, or refund, without improperly charging the customer for the remedy.
How to request a return

- Wait for the return instructions and reference number.
- Pack the item securely with all components and proof of purchase.
- We will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome and remedy.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise required or agreed. Original delivery charges and return-collection charges are handled according to the reason for return and applicable law. Bank processing times may apply after we initiate the refund.
Offers, bundles and gifts
If a returned item formed part of a bundle, gift-with-purchase or multi-buy offer, the refund may be recalculated using the disclosed promotion terms. This does not limit remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.
